Reptiles, amphibians, fish, or exotic pets in our care are not listed in the database.Rabbits, guinea pigs, other small animals, and livestock in our care are listed under "Other Animals.".Animals that are severly sick or injured and suffering, or pose a public safety risk may be humanely euthanized. Lost & Found Pets Few things are scarier to a pet owner than when an animal is lost or runs away. Please note that we do not euthanize for space or time. If we know who the owner is, animals are held for ten days. Please read Title 22.16.010 (H) about reporting a found pet. If the animal has a microchip we may be able to contact the owner and reunite the lost pet quickly. You may be asked to bring the animal to the shelter for a photo and to check for a microchip. In general, impounded animals with no known owner are held for one week. Call the Animal Shelter 90 to report a found pet.
